Eligibility

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition.
• Original tags, luxury packaging, and authenticity elements must remain intact.
• Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

No-Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it immediately enters our priority processing cycle. Due to these immediate procedures, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, notify us within 24 hours with:

• An uncut parcel opening video.
• Clear photographs of the packaging and product.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed as Feellux Store Credit, redeemable on any future purchase. Store credits are valid for 6 months.
